Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use the restoration company referred by my insurance?
No, it is your right to choose the contractor that you feel comfortable with.
Should I file a claim with my insurance company?
If you have water or fire in your home, it depends on what you feel comfortable paying. If you have a $2000 dollar deductible and the job only costs $1500 it would not make sense to file a claim.
Can you bill my insurance company directly?
We ask you if we can bill your insurance company for the work performed in our contract. We bill the insurance to try and expedite the process from mitigation to reconstruction and save money out of your pocket.
As Insurance Claim Specialists, Dryco Restoration Services is an Insurance Preferred Restoration and Construction company. We work with all insurance companies and have established relationships with local Agents and Claim Adjusters as well.
We recommend you get to know your insurance provider by inviting them to your home to inspect and assure you have the coverage you need before a claim occurs.
Upon filing a claim with your insurance company, you have the right to hire the restoration company of your choice.
